I have sold investors’ properties for under $60,000 and I also represented the seller on the largest single family residence in the State of Georgia (the house is only 1500 SF smaller than the U. S. White House). The “sweet spot” of my listing and buyer sales activity follows the activity within our market here in Coweta and Fayette Counties, where the lion’s share of the activity is in the $200,000 to $350,000 range.
